San Luis Valley Regional Airport and Adams State University are collaborating to showcase student artwork in the airport terminal. The exhibition will open with a reception on March 24, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., where attendees can view the pieces while enjoying refreshments and music. According to organizers, “Our very own San Luis Valley Regional Airport is partnering with Adams State University; where ASU students will have their artwork on display in the airport terminal. The reception is from 5:00-7:00pm, stop by to enjoy refreshments and music while you browse the artwork.” Those unable to attend the opening will still have an opportunity to see the exhibition, as it will remain on display for about six months.

The event aims to provide a platform for local university students to present their creative work to both travelers and community members.
