The Alamosa County Sheriff’s Department has announced a change in its front office hours. Starting August 21, 2025, the front office will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The office will remain closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as on county-approved holidays.

According to the department, “Bonding Office hours will remain the same. Lobby visitation kiosk hours will remain the same (8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily).”

These changes affect only the front office; other services such as bonding and lobby visitation kiosks are not impacted by the new schedule.
