City of Durango releases meeting schedule for week of April 13, 2026

The City of Durango announced on April 10 the schedule of public meetings for the week beginning April 13, 2026. The list includes various board and commission meetings held both in person and virtually at locations across Durango.

The release provides information to help residents stay informed about local government activities and participate in upcoming meetings. Agendas and minutes are available online at DurangoCo.Gov/Meetings, and residents can sign up for automatic notifications at DurangoCo.Gov/NotifyMe.

No city meetings are scheduled for Monday or Friday that week. On Tuesday, April 14, the Business Improvement District Board will meet in person at 850 1/2 Main Ave #2. Wednesday’s events include Sales Tax Office Hours at City Hall starting at 10:00 a.m., followed by the Community and Cultural Relations Commission meeting at the Durango Public Library later that afternoon. Thursday features two sessions: an Airport Commission meeting at Durango La Plata County Airport with both in-person and virtual participation options, as well as a Financial Advisory Board Study Session taking place virtually or in person at City Hall.

A preliminary schedule is also provided for the following week beginning April 20. Highlights include a joint meeting between the La Plata Board of County Commissioners and the Durango City Council on Monday, an upcoming City Council Meeting on Tuesday evening with opportunities for public comment via email or during participation outlined in each agenda, office hours with Councilor Woodruff on Wednesday morning at the library foyer, an Emergency Telephone Service Association board meeting that afternoon hosted as a hybrid event by the police department, and a Historic Preservation Board session later that day.
