Initiative 175 has been certified for the 2026 Colorado statewide ballot. The proposed constitutional amendment is titled: “An amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning a change to the state revenue limit as it applies to transportation-related revenue, and, in connection therewith, dedicating an increasing amount of existing state revenues to road transportation purposes and decreasing funding for other transportation-related services and programs.”

The measure would adjust how the state allocates its transportation funds. If approved by voters, more of Colorado’s existing revenues would be directed specifically toward road projects, while funding for other transportation-related services and programs would be reduced.

Additional details about Initiative 175 can be found through resources such as the official ballot title and hearing results, legislative documents at the Colorado General Assembly, and information from advocacy groups like Restore Our Roads Campaign.
