The Colorado Mesa Mavericks, featuring former Durango High School standout Mason Rowland, fell to the IUP Crimson Hawks 75-70 in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Thursday, March 26.
The matchup was held at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, with tipoff at 6 p.m.

Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado allocated $652,752 to men’s basketball teams in 2024, which is $705,629 below the state average of $1,358,381, according to the U.S. Department of Education.
