Alamosa County Government issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
The Regional COVID-19 Response Coordinator is part of a six-person team serving the six counties of the San Luis Valley region. Coordinates planning and response activities in collaboration with public health leadership in the region.
This is a temporary contract, with an initial term through December 31, 2020 with possibility of extension as funds are available and need exists. Contract has no supervisory responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in public health, environmental health, emergency management, or a related field with at least one year of experience in a public health supervisory position. Contract value: $22,500-$26,300, commensurate with experience.
