8:30 a.m. – Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:
- The purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer, or sale of real, personal or other property pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(a) regarding county held tax liens
- For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b)regarding legal questions related to holding and assigning tax liens and requirements for obtaining tax deeds and subsequent retention or sale of such properties
The Board will consider:
- Approval of a grant application to Colorado Department of Local Affairs for the Gray and Black Market Marijuana Enforcement grant program
- Discussion of the Future of the Purple Cliffs
