8:30 a.m. – Executive Session
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:
- Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of negotiations related to Highway 3 and Durango Mesa Park
The Board will consider:
- Approval of county cash requirements as prepared and posted by the Finance Department and direct staff to publish
- Approval of the renewal of a tavern liquor license for Olde Schoolhouse Cafe & Saloon
- Approval of a renewal of a retail liquor store license for TBR Service
- Approval of the renewal of a hotel & restaurant liquor license with optional premises for Glacier Club
- Consideration of the renewal of a fermented malt beverage (off-premises) liquor license for Roadhouse Market LLC
