Cortez City issued the following announcement on Oct. 19
Cortez City Council recommends that anyone who chooses to participate in trick or treating and events on Halloween do so with observance of social distancing with those who aren’t in their households and mask wearing.
Council also asks that those residents who do not wish to participate and turn their lights off that people respect their wishes to not participate this year.
We hope for a fun and safe Halloween for everyone!
