Ouray County Facilities - CLOSED to in-person services, effective November 23, 2020, pursuant to Resolution 2020-043.
For information regarding court appearances or how to conduct business with the court, contact the court clerk at 970‐325‐4405 or ourayclerk@judicial.state.co.us. Note we are minimally staffed, and may not be able to answer your call, but if you leave a clear and concise message, we will try to promptly return all calls. Please ensure your voice mail is set up and not full. County Court and Municipal Court with Judge Martin on Thursdays (and as otherwise scheduled) will be held via WebEx teleconferencing. At the time of your hearing call 720‐650‐7664, access code 925 214 994#. When prompted to enter a participant code, just hit # again. Mute your phone until your name is called. Call the clerk for information regarding cases assigned to other judges. If you have appeared for court in person, it is likely we do not have your current mailing address. Please provide that to the court in writing so that you will receive important information that may be mailed to you. Payments and filings in an envelope clearly marked for the court may be placed in the county dropbox across the street. Contact the court clerks for specific information, procedures, and any fees that may be required. Payments and filings may also be mailed to the court.
