The La Plata County Commissioners are seeking La Plata County residents who wish to serve on any of the following boards and commissions:
- Board of Review
- Citizens Review Panel for Child Welfare Grievances
- Community Corrections Board
- Core Services—Therapeutic and Life Skills Committee
- Durango-La Plata County Airport Commission
- Durango Public Library
- Durango Hills Road Improvement District Advisory Committee
- Extension Advisory Committee
- Fire Code Adoption and Revision Commission
- Fire Code Board of Appeals (general industry or business professional, industrial safety professional)
- Extension Advisory Committee
- Historic Preservation Review Commission
- Ignacio Community Library Board
- Lake Durango Water Authority (customer of LDWA)
- Living with Wildlife Advisory Board
- Lodging Tax Panel
- Long Term Finance Committee
- La Plata County Planning Commission
- Multi Event Center Commission
- Pine River Cemetery District Committee
