Of the 195 people living in Rico town in 2019, 45.1 percent (88) were women and 54.9 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 76-to-69. In the 65 and over age range, there were 16 females and 26 males.
